Medical Protection Society (MPS) announces support for HealthCare Barbados

The Medical Protection Society (MPS) - the world’s leading indemnifier of health professionals – announces a new agreement with HealthCare Barbados (HCB), which will benefit patients in Barbados and the wider Caribbean. The agreement provides employees and associated healthcare professionals of HCB with access to financial and legal assistance for compensation claims arising from their work. Dr. Nancy Boodhoo who regularly visits the island will manage the contract on behalf of MPS. MPS and HCB will also seek to cooperate in other areas of mutual interest such as risk management and the joint hosting of seminars and conferences within the Caribbean region.
